LES RAMPES MIRIK INC. is responsible for the personal information it holds and must designate the Privacy Officer who must ensure compliance with the principles set out in this policy.

The Privacy Officer is responsible for the application of this policy. Other employees of LES RAMPES MIRIK INC. may also be designated to assist the Privacy Officer or to handle the day-to-day activities of collecting, using or disclosing and processing personal information.

LES RAMPES MIRIK INC. will provide, upon request, the name of the Privacy Officer whose contact information is set out below; LES RAMPES MIRIK INC. is responsible for Personal Information in its possession or custody, including Personal Information entrusted to a third party for processing.

We will update a User’s personal information when necessary to make a decision, to fulfill the identified purposes, or to rectify, at a User’s request, an erroneous personal information.
